Plan Ahead
Best Time to Visit
The best windows for the Annapurna Base Camp trek are spring (March to May), when rhododendrons bloom across the hillsides, and autumn (September to November), when skies are crystal-clear and temperatures are perfect for trekking. The monsoon months (June to August) bring heavy rain and leeches, while winter (December to February) offers a quieter, snow-dusted experience for well-prepared trekkers.
