Terms & Conditions

By submitting an enquiry, confirming a booking, or making any payment to Sudarshan Sanchari Tours ("we", "us", "the Operator"), you ("the Traveller") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

The Operator is Thippeswamy D A, a sole proprietorship trading as Sudarshan Sanchari Tours, operating from 3rd Cross, Hanumanahalli, Chitradurga, Karnataka 577541 (support@sudarshansanchari.tours, +91 76250 85119, Mon–Sat 10am–7pm IST).

A booking is considered confirmed only once:

• You have received a written confirmation email from us outlining the trip details, inclusions, and final price; and
• The required deposit (as stated in your confirmation) has been received and cleared.

Until both conditions are met, the Operator reserves the right to accept other bookings for the same departure dates.

All prices quoted are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Online advances are collected securely via Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking). Guests outside India may instead pay the advance in US dollars (USD) through PayPal; the USD amount is shown before you pay and is final. All payments are non-refundable — see our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Payment schedule

• Advance: A booking advance paid online confirms your seat, subject to availability (capped group sizes apply).
• Balance: Remaining amount due no later than the deadline stated in your confirmation.

Bookings may be transferred to another person at least 30 days before departure (Indian nationals only); foreign nationals are not eligible for transfers.

Cancellation terms are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Please review it before booking.

We reserve the right to modify itineraries before or during a trip due to safety considerations, weather, road conditions, local restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will always endeavour to provide the best alternative experience of equivalent or greater value.

In the event of a significant itinerary change made by us prior to departure, you may elect to cancel and receive a full refund of monies paid.

• Ensuring you hold a valid passport, visa, and any required permits for the destinations visited
• Disclosing any pre-existing medical conditions, mobility limitations, or dietary requirements at the time of booking
• Obtaining comprehensive travel and medical insurance before departure (strongly recommended)
• Arriving at all designated meeting points on time
• Respecting local cultures, communities, and natural environments
• Following the guidance of our tour leaders at all times for safety purposes

Some of our experiences involve physical activity in remote or high-altitude terrain. You are responsible for ensuring you are physically fit enough to participate safely. We may ask you to complete a fitness declaration before departure. We reserve the right to exclude any participant from an activity on safety grounds without liability for refund.

Sudarshan Sanchari Tours acts as a tour operator and is not liable for:

• Death, personal injury, or illness except where directly caused by our proven negligence
• Loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings
• Delays, disruptions, or cancellations caused by third-party service providers (airlines, accommodation, transport)
• Acts of God, natural disasters, civil unrest, pandemics, or government travel advisories

Our total liability to you in any circumstance is limited to the total amount paid by you for the tour in question.

All content on this website — including itineraries, images, descriptions, and brand assets — is the property of Sudarshan Sanchari Tours and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chitradurga, Karnataka, India.
