Sample Itinerary

This is an indicative itinerary. Exact details are customized per group. Dates confirmed upon booking.

Arrive in Jaipur and settle into your heritage haveli. As the afternoon light softens, step out for a guided walk through the old city — through narrow lanes lined with jalebis, textiles, and centuries-old havelis. Meet your local historian guide who brings the Pink City to life with stories of maharajas, merchants, and artisans.

  • Welcome orientation & heritage haveli check-in
  • Old city walking tour through Johari Bazaar & Hawa Mahal
  • Welcome dinner at a traditional Rajasthani restaurant

Morning exploration of the majestic Amber Fort, riding up the ramparts as the sun bathes the sandstone in gold. Afternoon is spent in a hands-on block printing workshop with master craftsmen in the old city — a craft Rajasthan has been famous for since the 16th century. The evening brings a traditional folk performance and dinner hosted by a local family.

  • Amber Fort guided tour with elephant ascent option
  • Block printing workshop with artisan family
  • Folk music & dance performance followed by home-cooked dinner

A scenic drive through the Aravalli hills brings you to Pushkar, but the real journey is on foot. We stop en route at rural villages where life moves at a different pace — farmers tending fields, women in vibrant ghagras drawing water, and children waving from mud-brick doorways. In Pushkar, visit the sacred ghats and watch the evening aarti by the lake.

  • En-route village walk & interaction with rural communities
  • Explore Pushkar's winding lanes & craft bazaar
  • Evening aarti at Pushkar Lake & overnight in heritage guesthouse

Arrive in Jodhpur and immediately dive into the blue-washed old city. Your guide leads you through the Brahmin quarter and the Sadar Bazaar, past painted doorways and spice-scented alleys. Afternoon is dedicated to the imposing Mehrangarh Fort — one of India's most stunning fortresses — with exceptional views over the blue city below.

  • Blue city walking tour through the Brahmin & clock tower markets
  • Mehrangarh Fort guided tour with audio guide
  • Sunset at Jaswant Thada & dinner at a rooftop overlooking the fort

Today we venture beyond the city into the Thar Desert. Visit remote desert villages where camel herds still roam and shepherds navigate by stars. Share chai with a local family in their traditional home, then watch the sunset paint the dunes in amber and rose. The evening unfolds around a campfire with soulful Manganiyar folk music under a canopy of stars.

  • Thar Desert village visit & camel herd encounter
  • Traditional home visit with chai & conversation
  • Campfire dinner with Manganiyar folk music performance

One last Rajasthani breakfast in your heritage haveli before we bid farewell. Depending on your onward journey, we can arrange a final visit to the bustling Sardar Market or a quiet moment at a nearby stepwell. Transfers to Jodhpur airport or railway station are included.

  • Farewell breakfast with local delicacies
  • Optional final market visit or stepwell exploration
  • Airport / railway station transfer
