Data Deletion Requests

This page explains how to ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you. It applies to data collected through sudarshansanchari.tours, our enquiry and booking forms, our email and WhatsApp conversations, and our WhatsApp Business account (Meta app: Sudarshan Sanchari Tours).

• Your name, email address and phone / WhatsApp number
• Enquiry details and travel preferences you shared with us
• Booking details, seat counts and payment references (we never store full card or UPI credentials)
• WhatsApp message content, delivery status and marketing consent / opt-out records
• Any notes or documents you sent us while planning your trip

You do not need an account. Send us a request using either method below:

• Email: write to support@sudarshansanchari.tours with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
• WhatsApp: message "DELETE MY DATA" to +91 76250 85119.

Please include the full name, email address and phone / WhatsApp number you used with us so we can find the right records. If you are requesting on behalf of someone else, tell us and we may ask for proof of authority.

We delete the personal data listed in Section 2 from our website, admin dashboard, WhatsApp contact list and message history, and Google Sheet lead log. We will also stop sending you marketing messages.

Some records may be retained where the law requires it or where necessary to protect legal rights:

• Booking, invoice and payment records are kept for up to three years from the last interaction for accounting, tax and business-record purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• A minimal opt-out record (your phone number) is kept only to make sure we do not message you again after you reply STOP or ask us to stop marketing.
• Records needed to respond to a legal claim, fraud investigation, or a statutory authority request may be kept for as long as required.

We acknowledge deletion requests within 7 days and complete them within 30 days. If we cannot fully delete a record because of a legal retention obligation, we will tell you which category is retained and why. We will confirm by email or WhatsApp once the deletion is complete.

Messages sent through WhatsApp are also processed by Meta under its own privacy terms. Deleting data from our systems does not delete Meta's copies. To manage or delete your WhatsApp data, use WhatsApp's in-app controls, remove or block our business number, or contact Meta through the privacy information in the WhatsApp app. We will delete our copies of the conversation as described above.
